Spring Break Social Skills Camp

Does your child struggle with making friends or getting along with other kids? 

This counselor-led camp provides students a chance to improve their social skills while also making friends. Under the care of mental health professionals, students participate in coaching, group activities, and games to foster healthy growth.

Topics covered include:

  • Communication skills

  • Active listening

  • Conflict resolution

  • Other perspectives

  • Non-verbal cues

The Details:

  • Open to students in 1st through 5th grade

  • Runs March 25-29, M-F from 9am to 12pm

  • No out-of-pocket cost to youth with medicaid insurance coverage.

  • Located at elementary school in Wheeling

  • Insurance plans accepted: Medicaid (All Kids, Illinois Medical Card), County Care, Meridian, Molina, Aetna Better Health, YouthCare, and Blue Cross Community Family Health Plan.
