We offer immediate availability (whenever possible) so you or your loved one can connect with the right support, right away. We also know that taking the first step can feel overwhelming — and that’s okay.

What can I expect?
New clients complete an initial intake call with our Client Engagement Coordinator. This is to gather information and learn about you. From there, we’ll match you with a counselor who is best suited to help support you or your loved one.
Please note:
OMNI accepts payment through multiple insurance plans, Medicaid and MCOs. We also accept self-pay. Fees for services vary from program to program.
We offer a sliding fee scale for some individuals because we understand that some families are unable to pay in full. This scale is based on location, household income, number of dependents and relevant outstanding expenses. A portion of the cost may also be supported by various local, state, federal and private sources.
Please ensure you have your ID and any insurance information on hand during your scheduled call time.
Submitting an Appointment Request does not guarantee that time is booked. After receiving your request, we will notify you accordingly.
