SMART Recovery
Whether you’re dealing with substance use, gambling, pornography, or other compulsive behaviors, this group is here for you: no judgment, no pressure, no prerequisites.
What is SMART Recovery? SMART (Self-Management & Recovery Training) is a science-based support group for addiction. Instead of a 12-step program, SMART uses psychology, proven tools, and real-life strategies to help people make lasting change. At OMNI, our SMART Recovery groups are led by professional clinicians who guide and support you every step of the way.
Who can join? Our groups are open to anyone 18 and older and are FREE to attend. We welcome adults facing challenges with:
Drug or alcohol use
Gambling addiction
Pornography or internet addiction
Smoking or vaping
Other harmful or compulsive behaviors
Whether you want to quit completely or cut back on unhealthy habits, SMART Recovery meets you where you are.
Is sobriety required? No. Sobriety is not required to attend a SMART Recovery group. You can start from any point in your journey—no judgment, no pressure, no prerequisites.
Why attend a group meeting? You don’t have to go through recovery alone. Our groups offer a safe, welcoming space where you can:
Share experiences without judgment
Learn healthy coping skills
Gain encouragement from peers and clinicians
Work at your own pace toward your personal goals
What will I learn? SMART Recovery is built on a 4-Point Program that teaches practical skills you can use in daily life:
Building & maintaining motivation
Coping with urges
Managing thoughts, feelings & behaviors
Living a balanced life
