Heidy joined OMNI while pursuing a career change and an opportunity to work more closely with children and families through the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). She has enjoyed her experience at OMNI and appreciates the support she receives in her role.

Outside of work, Heidy enjoys watching Netflix and cheering on her boys at their soccer games. Originally from Colombia, she loves to dance and coaches her son's school soccer team!
