Hanna Wierzba is a Prevention Specialist, Project Lead at OMNI.   

Combining her passion for public health with a commitment to provide prevention resources directly to community members, Hanna firmly believes in empowering youth with accurate information to make informed decisions as they grow.

With a bachelor’s degree in public health and a minor in Spanish and certificate in health communication, Hanna actively engages with local organizations and coalition partners to empower OMNI communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She also enjoys baking, traveling, and cheering for the Kentucky Wildcats.
